Terms of Use
The Nutripal Website and App (hereinafter the "Platform") are owned and operated by SERETAKOS GEORGIOS TOU MARIOU, a sole proprietorship registered in Greece, with General Commercial Registry (GEMI) Number 187845603000, registered address at 10 Thaleias Street, Vouliagmeni, Attica, 16671 (hereinafter “Nutripal”, “we” or “us”).
Please read these Terms of Use (hereinafter the "Terms") carefully before using the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. Purpose
These Terms define the conditions and rules governing the use of the Platform by the Users. The Platform constitutes a support tool for registered dieticians and their patients (hereinafter collectively the "Users"), enabling them, among others, to create and manage dietary plans, monitor nutritional progress, schedule meetings, exchange information, and receive data-driven insights (hereinafter the "Services"). The Services are intended solely to support nutritional awareness, organization, and communication and do not, in any way, constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Reliance on any information provided by the Platform is solely at the Users' own risk.
2. Duration
These Terms are binding upon Users from the moment of entry/registration and throughout the duration of their navigation and use of the Services.
3. Use of the Platform
3.1 Access and Usage
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Users agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose as per Section 1 of this Terms and these Terms.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities carried out under their accounts.
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- (i) Reproducing any part of the Platform, whether temporarily or permanently, by any means.
- (ii) Distributing, disclosing, or making the Platform available to third parties, whether for a fee or free of charge.
- (iii) Translating, adapting, arranging, decompressing (reverse engineering), or modifying the Platform's code or software, particularly for the purpose of creating a similar platform.
Nutripal reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform in case of violation of these Terms.
3.2 Hyperlinks
The creation of hyperlinks to any part of the Platform is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Nutripal. Nutripal reserves the right to refuse permission and may revoke such permission at any time and without justification. In any case, any hyperlink leading to the Platform must be removed upon the Nutripal's request. Furthermore, Nutripal has no control over and disclaims all liability for the content of third-party websites to which these links may lead.
4. Availability and Functionality
Nutripal makes every effort to ensure the continuous operation and uninterrupted provision of the Platform. However, access may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, server updates, or technical risks inherent to the internet. Users acknowledge that Nutripal does not guarantee the continuous availability or functionality of the Platform and bears no liability for any consequences that may arise from the unavailability or slowdown of the Platform.
The Services provided by Nutripal do not include internet access services or public electronic communications. Nutripal shall inform Users in advance of any scheduled maintenance or update.
The equipment (computer, software, communication means, etc.) required to access the Platform is the sole responsibility of Users, as are any costs arising from its use.
5. User Obligations
5.1. General Obligations
Users agree not to upload or exchange content that:
- Contains advertising communications, such as unsolicited messages (spam).
- Is false, offensive, derogatory, defamatory, insulting, or pornographic, or contrary to applicable legislation.
- Infringes upon the rights of third parties, such as intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or personality rights.
- Contains viruses or programs that may affect the operation of other computers.
- Is intended for the dissemination of political, ideological, or religious communications.
- Aims to collect, record, or use Users' personal data without authorization, particularly for commercial purposes.
- Is contrary to the purpose and content of the Platform.
5.2. Prohibited Use
The following actions constitute a violation of the Terms and are strictly prohibited:
- Users intentionally provide invalid, misleading, incorrect, or incomplete data.
- Users deceive or attempt to deceive by using software that may cause disruptions to the operation of the Platform.
- Users attempt or perform reverse engineering ("decompiling"), modifies, disassembles, or interferes with applications, software, or computer codes related to the Platform.
- Users attempt to bypass, modify, or interfere with encryption technologies, security measures, or to violate the security of data processed through the Platform. Nutripal reserves the right to monitor the use of the Platform and implement tools to detect fraud attempts or unauthorized activities.
- Users intentionally cause interruption or malfunction of the Platform.
- Users use the Platform and its features to harm others in any way.
- Users use the Platform and its features for the benefit of a third party without the prior written permission of the Nutripal.
- Users violate applicable legislation or these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property Protection
All content on the Platform, including texts, images, logos, is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used, modified, transmitted, or reused without the prior written permission of Nutripal. Users undertake to immediately inform Nutripal of any incident of fraud or unauthorized use Nutripal's intellectual property rights.
Trademarks, logos, and intellectual property rights belonging to Nutripal appearing on the Platform may not be used without prior written permission. Any violation of these rights may lead to legal action.
7. Personal Data
Personal data collected through the Platform is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is accessible at all times via the Platform's footer.
The Privacy Policy describes the terms, purposes, and procedures for the processing of personal data, as well as the rights of Users in accordance with applicable legislation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Users are obliged to use any information of a personal nature that may be disclosed to them by Nutripal concerning its staff members or third parties exclusively for the purpose for which it was communicated and in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation.
8. Limitation of Liability
The content of the Platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability for a particular purpose. Nutripal shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Platform or the inability to access it.
The content of the Platform is available "as is", and Nutripal provides no warranty, express or implied, regarding the completeness, correctness, timeliness, merchantability, non-infringement or suitability of the content for any use, application or purpose. Users acknowledge that the characteristics and limitations of the internet do not allow the guarantee of the security, availability and integrity of data during their transmission through the Internet.
Users are solely responsible for the terminals and connections required for the use of the Platform. It is up to Users to take appropriate measures for the protection of their personal data and/or software stored on their equipment, as well as their passwords, from any breach.
Nutripal is not responsible for malfunction, inability to access or poor conditions of use of the Platform due to unsuitable equipment, internal malfunctions of the Users' internet provider, network congestion or other factors not related to Nutripal.
The disclosure of illegal content (e.g. photos, videos) by Users during the use of the Platform may have criminal and civil consequences. Users guarantee Nutripal against any administrative, criminal or civil proceeding and out-of-court dispute arising from such actions, even in part.
The failure of Nutripal to pursue its rights according to the present Terms does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce them in the future.
Furthermore, neither party bears responsibility for any loss or damage arising from delay or non-fulfillment of their obligations according to the Terms, due to a force majeure event or a fortuitous event. Nutripal reserves the right to use the information it collects for the prevention of illegal activities or activities that may jeopardize the security of its network or the operation of the Platform.
9. Modification of Terms
Nutripal reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes to these Terms are binding from the moment Users begin to use the Platform following such modifications. If Users do not wish to continue using the Platform under the updated Terms, they must immediately cease any further use of the Platform without any right to compensation.
Any provision of the Terms found to be contrary to the applicable legal framework, or which becomes null or void, shall automatically cease to be in effect and shall be removed from the Terms, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
The Terms are accessible at all times and shall prevail over any other document that contradicts them.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Greek Law. Any dispute arising from the application of the Terms and the use of the Platform, that cannot be resolved amicably, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
